Hey, I finally got around to watching that documentary you recommended last week. Honestly, I was skeptical at first because the trailer made it look kind of slow, but once I got past the first twenty minutes I was totally hooked. The cinematography was stunning and the interviews really brought the whole story to life. I ended up staying up way too late finishing it. Anyway, I think you were right about the director's previous work too, so I might check that out next. Have you seen anything else good lately? I'm running low on recommendations and my queue is almost empty. Let me know when you get a chance.

Oh, I also wanted to ask about that recipe you mentioned for the roasted vegetables. I tried it last night and they turned out pretty good but I think I might have used too much oil because they were a little soggy. Do you usually go light on the coating or do you toss them in something else first? I used sweet potatoes and broccoli and the flavor was nice but the texture was off. Maybe I needed to spread them out more on the pan. I'll try again this weekend. Let me know what you think works best. Thanks again for the tip.
