I just got back from that hiking trip we were planning. The weather was perfect—clear skies and just a little breeze. We ended up taking the longer loop and found a beautiful waterfall. Definitely worth the extra miles. Made some great photos. Let me know if you want to see them. Also, I tried that recipe you sent me last week. It turned out pretty good, though I swapped the mushrooms for bell peppers. Next time I might add some extra garlic. Anyway, hope your week is going well. Talk soon!
