Hey! I finally got around to watching that documentary you recommended. It was really well done, especially the cinematography. The part where they talked about the urban farming initiatives was fascinating. It reminded me of our conversation about community gardens last summer. I've been thinking about trying to grow some tomatoes on my balcony, but I'm not sure if it gets enough sunlight. Maybe I'll just start with some herbs. Basil is practically impossible to kill, right? Anyway, let me know if you want to grab coffee this weekend. I'm free Saturday afternoon. We could check out that new place downtown that just opened. I heard they have a great outdoor seating area. The weather has been perfect for sitting outside lately. It would be great to catch up properly. I feel like it's been forever since we just sat and talked about nothing in particular.

I've been trying out that new recipe website you told me about. The one with all the one-pot meals. I made a really good lemony chicken and orzo thing yesterday. It was surprisingly easy, and the cleanup was a breeze. I swapped out the asparagus for green beans because that's what I had in the fridge, and it still turned out great. Let me know if you want the link. Oh, and I finally got around to organizing my bookshelf by color. It looks so much more put together now, even if it makes finding specific books a little harder. Maybe I'll take a picture and send it to you. It's oddly satisfying to look at. How's your week looking? Are you free for a hike on Sunday morning? I wanted to try that trail at the state park. I heard the leaves are starting to change colors and it's beautiful right now.
