I think scheduling the review for Wednesday afternoon works better since a few people have conflicts on Tuesday. We need to go over the Q3 numbers and make sure the reporting format aligns with what the stakeholders requested. Mia said she can prepare the summary tables if we give her until Tuesday morning. We should also include time to discuss the upcoming project milestones and any resource adjustments that might be needed. Let me know if Wednesday at 2 PM works for your team.
The other option would be Thursday morning but I know that cuts into the weekly stand-up. Either way we need to finalize the agenda by Monday so everyone can come prepared with their updates.

I tried the new bistro on fifth street last weekend and the menu had some really creative options. The roasted vegetable plate with the herb vinaigrette was surprisingly good and the portions were generous. My friend ordered the fish special and said it was cooked well. The service was a bit slow but the atmosphere made up for it. I think it would be a good spot for the team lunch next month since they have a private dining area that fits about twelve people. I will call ahead to check on reservations.
The weather this week has been perfect for sitting outside. We should plan to go back and try their brunch menu sometime soon.
