AAA Drivers Licensed to Receive Courtesy Road Kit

Yeah I think the hiking trail near Silver Lake would be perfect for Saturday morning. The weather forecast looks good and I checked the park website which says the loop is open again. We should probably leave by seven to get parking before it fills up. Bring a light jacket since it might be breezy near the water. I packed some trail mix and sandwiches for lunch. Let me know if you want to invite anyone else from the group. We could grab coffee afterward at that new place on Main Street. I heard they have really good pastries. The trail should take about three hours at a moderate pace. Wear sturdy shoes because some sections are rocky. I'll bring my camera for some photos of the overlook. Also I wanted to mention that the parking fee is five dollars for the day so bring cash. The park entrance has a machine but it's sometimes out of order. Let me know if you need me to pick up anything else for the trip.

I checked the meeting schedule for next week and the team review is set for Wednesday afternoon. The agenda includes the project milestones update and the budget review for the next quarter. I think we should allocate some time to discuss the new client onboarding process since there have been some questions about the workflow. I prepared a draft document with the revised steps and I can share it before the meeting. Also the conference room is booked for two hours starting at one thirty. Let me know if you want me to adjust the time or invite additional attendees. I also wanted to mention that the training session from last week was well received and the team found the material helpful. We might want to schedule a follow up session next month. Let me know your thoughts on the agenda items and if there is anything else you would like to add before I send out the final invite.
