Courtesy Roadside Kit is Available For Licensed Driver

Hey! I think the itinerary for Saturday works well. We'll meet at the coffee shop around 9:30, then head to the trail. I checked the weather and it looks like partly cloudy, no rain. Bring a light jacket just in case. After the hike, we can stop at that deli on Main Street. I'll call ahead to see if they can hold a table for six. Let me know if anyone wants to bring extra snacks. Also, I'm making a playlist if you want to add suggestions. I'll send a final reminder Friday evening.

Thanks for organizing this. It will be good to get outside and catch up. I'll bring the map and a few trail guides I picked up last week.

AAA Roadside Support

I looked over the draft you sent. The metrics section could use a bit more context, but the overall structure is solid. For the next iteration, maybe we can include a brief comparison to last quarter's data. I'll pull those numbers by tomorrow morning. Also, Greg mentioned the client wants a timeline graphic - we can repurpose the one from the proposal, just update the dates. Let me know if you need me to reach out to the design team. I'm free Thursday afternoon if you want to sync.

One more thing: the meeting notes you shared - could you double‑check the action items for the technical review? I think we missed a couple of steps. Otherwise, everything looks good on track.
