I finally got around to trying that new bakery on Elm Street and honestly it was worth the wait. The sourdough had the perfect crust and the inside was so airy. I also picked up a cinnamon roll that was still warm from the oven. My kids devoured it before I even had a chance to taste it. I think next time I will grab two. The line moved pretty fast even though it looked long when we pulled up. I will probably go back on Saturday morning before the rush hits. Let me know if you want me to grab you a loaf when I go. I can drop it off on my way back if you are home. Just text me what you want and I will add it to my order. They also have these little chocolate croissants that are dangerously good. I might need to start jogging again if I keep going there.

I just finished reorganizing my garage shelves and it feels like a whole new space. I found a box of old camping gear I forgot we even had. The tent is still in great shape and the sleeping bags just needed a quick air out. I think we should plan a weekend trip before the weather turns. My schedule is pretty open next month except for the second weekend when I have that work thing. Let me know what dates work for you and we can figure out a spot. I was thinking somewhere with good hiking trails and maybe a lake nearby. The kids have been asking to go again. We could keep it simple just a couple of nights. I will bring the food and the cooking gear if you handle the firewood and the campsite reservation. It would be nice to unplug for a few days and actually sit around a fire.
