I still need to nail down the meeting time for next week. Tuesday is open for me before noon, but Wednesday is full until after 2 PM. I checked my calendar yesterday and nothing changed overnight. I will send out two possible slots tomorrow so people can pick one.

I checked the shared calendar again this morning. The meeting was not listed for Monday or Tuesday. I asked the office about it, and they said Thursday was open in the afternoon. I think we should set it for 2 PM on Thursday. That gives everyone a few days to prepare. I will send a note to confirm the time by tomorrow.
