I meant to reply earlier, but the afternoon got away from me and then I started tidying up a few small things at home.
I did try the new route through the park this morning, and it was a lot quieter than I expected, which made the walk feel easy and relaxed.
I think next time I will go a little earlier because the air felt clearer and there were fewer people out with dogs on the path.
I also finally finished that long article I mentioned, and I was surprised that it held my attention all the way through.
It made me want to set aside a bit more quiet time in the evenings instead of automatically turning something on in the background.
If you still want to meet this week, either day works for me, and I am happy to keep it simple and just catch up for a little while.

I was thinking about your question from yesterday, and honestly I usually decide by how much attention I can give something that day.
If I feel scattered, I pick one simple task and finish it before I add anything else, because otherwise I end up circling around the same list without getting anywhere.
I have been trying to leave a little more room between plans too, since everything seems easier when I do not rush straight from one thing to the next.
Last weekend I reorganized a shelf near the door, and oddly enough that tiny change helped the whole room feel calmer every time I walked in.
I still have not picked a movie for Friday, so if you have a suggestion, send it over and I will take a look tonight.
I am around later, and I can answer the rest then if that is easier.
