Hey, thanks for the note about the weekend plans. I think we should definitely go for it. The weather looks promising and it has been a while since we all got together. I will check with Sarah to see if she is free on Saturday. Let me know what time works best for you. We could grab coffee first and then head over to the park. I heard they have a new walking trail that is really nice and not too crowded. Anyway, let me know what you think. Also, ubQX4YaVpM that reminds me, did you ever finish that series you started last month? I am curious if it is worth watching.

So I finally tried baking bread from scratch over the weekend. It was a lot more involved than I expected, but the smell filling the house was incredible. I used a sourdough starter that my neighbor gave me and it turned out pretty well for a first attempt. The crust was crunchy and the inside was soft. I am thinking of adding some rosemary and sea salt next time. Anyway, it was a fun experiment and I think I will keep at it. Let me know if you have any tips or favorite recipes. It is really satisfying to make something so fundamental from just flour, water, and salt.
