HarborFreight is shipping your Pittsburgh TooI Set

I looked into the scheduling conflict you mentioned and I think we can shift the team meeting to Thursday afternoon instead. The room we booked in building 3 is available from 2 to 4 so that should give us enough time to go over the quarterly updates. Everyone seemed on board when I floated the idea except for Mark but he said he can make it work if we push the start to 2:30. Let me know if that works for you or if we need to adjust further. I also checked with Amanda about the presentation files and she said she will have them ready by Wednesday end of day. That way we can all review before the meeting. I think it makes sense to keep the agenda focused on the main deliverables rather than getting into the smaller administrative items. Those can be handled via email updates. Also I wanted to mention that the new software rollout seems to be on track. The training materials arrived yesterday and they look really thorough. We should probably schedule a separate session for that though.

Let me know what you think about the timing change. I can also send out a calendar invite once we finalize the time. The project leads said they prefer later in the day so Thursday at 2:30 should work well for most of the team.

I tried that new pasta recipe you sent me and it turned out really well. The sauce was richer than I expected because I let it simmer for almost an hour instead of the recommended thirty minutes. I think the extra time helped the flavors blend together better. I used fresh basil from the garden instead of dried and that made a noticeable difference. Next time I might add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat. Let me know if you have tried it yet and what you thought. Also I wanted to ask about the farmers market you mentioned. Is it every Saturday or just certain weekends? I would like to check it out next week if the weather holds up. I have been trying to buy more local produce and the selection at the grocery store has been hit or miss lately.

If you have any other recipes you recommend I would love to try them. I have been cooking more on weekends and it has been a good way to unwind. The farmers market sounds like a great place to find fresh ingredients and I could use some inspiration for meals.
