I think the community center reservation covers the main hall and kitchen for the full day so we have plenty of space to work with. We should plan for about 50 people based on the RSVPs so far. The committee suggested having a few different activity stations set up around the room to keep things engaging for everyone. I can coordinate the sign in table and help with decorations if needed.
