I finally had a quiet hour yesterday, so I took a walk without headphones and noticed how much better I felt afterward.
I think I had packed too much into the last few days and my brain was overfull in that annoying way where every tiny task feels louder than it should.
Anyway, your suggestion to write things down instead of trying to remember everything at once was actually helpful, and I have been sticking to a shorter list with only a few items that matter most.
It makes the day feel less scrambled and oddly more open, even though I am doing almost the same amount as before.
I am still planning to call this weekend, and if that time changes I will let you know early so it is not last minute.
Mostly I just wanted to say that your note landed well, and I appreciated the thoughtful nudge more than I said at the time.
