Alert: Walmart Pts. Expire Today

I finally got around to reading that book you mentioned last month. Honestly, the first few chapters were a bit slow, but it really picks up after the midpoint. I found myself staying up way too late on a work night just to finish it. Have you read anything else by the same author? I'd love to swap recommendations sometime this year. Anyway, let me know if you want to borrow my copy next week. I think you'd really enjoy the writing style once you get used to it. The character development is quite subtle but rewarding. Let's catch up properly soon! I've been meaning to ask about your trip to the mountains. Was the weather as good as the forecast predicted? I hope you got to see some of the autumn colors before the rain moved in. We should plan a hike together when things settle down a bit. I know a great trail that isn't too crowded on weekdays.

So I tried making that spicy peanut noodle recipe you sent me a while back. I was a little skeptical because I'm not great at getting the sauce consistency right, but it actually turned out perfectly. I added a bit extra lime and a dash of sriracha for heat. Next time I think I'll toss in some shredded chicken or crispy tofu to make it a bit heartier. Let me know if you have any other easy weeknight dinner ideas, I'm stuck in a bit of a cooking rut lately. Thanks again for the inspiration! Oh, and how did your garden project turn out? I remember you were planning to build some raised beds. Did you end up going with the cedar planks or something else? I'd love to see photos if you have any. Maybe we can trade recipes and gardening tips over coffee sometime soon.
