Courtecy Car Kit For Licensed Drivers

Thanks for the question about the weekend hike. I've been looking at the Pacific Crest Trail section near Mount Hood and yes, the weather forecast looks clear for Saturday morning. We'll want to start by 6:30 to beat the heat, and pack plenty of water and snacks. I also checked with the ranger station - permits are still available, no reservation needed for day use. The trail is about 8 miles round trip with moderate elevation gain, so allow 5-6 hours. I'll bring the map and my day pack. Do you have a preference on meeting point? I'm good either at the junction or the main lot. Also, I heard the wildflowers are still blooming near the ridge, so don't forget your camera. Let me know if you need to borrow gaiters or poles; I have extras. We'll aim to be back down by early afternoon in case anyone has other plans. Looking forward to it.

About that project timeline - I think we can shift the scope review to Thursday instead of Tuesday if that helps your team. The client approved the new deliverables list yesterday, so we are good to move forward as long as we have the wireframes ready by next Monday. I already sent the updated milestone chart to Sarah; she confirmed she can adjust the resource allocation. Also, the vendor meeting went well; they agreed to the revised pricing on the hardware. We still need to finalize the support contract, but that can wait until after the pilot. Let me know if you want me to set up a quick call with the QA lead to discuss the testing schedule - I think a 30-minute session would be enough to align expectations. I'll be out Friday afternoon but can dial in if needed. The new repository structure is live, so please update your local branches accordingly. Let me know if you need access to any specific folders.
