After reviewing the draft schedule I think we can shift the review meeting to Thursday instead of Friday since most of the team will be traveling on Friday afternoon. The client asked for an updated draft by Wednesday so that gives us a full day to incorporate feedback before the meeting. I also checked with the design team and they confirmed the mockups will be ready by Tuesday morning. We should use the afternoon session to walk through each section and flag any open questions.
