Yes, I think we should go with the hiking trail near the lake next weekend instead of the one in the hills. I checked the weather and it is supposed to be clear and mild on Saturday, which is perfect for that route. The loop is about four miles with some gentle elevation, nothing too strenuous. I packed a lunch last time we went there and the spot near the wooden bridge is ideal for a break. There is also a nice view of the water about halfway through. I can pick you up around eight if that works, or we could meet there if you prefer driving separately. Let me know what you think. I also have that extra backpack if you need one, and I will bring plenty of water. The trail should be less crowded this time of year too, which is always a bonus. Just send me a message when you get a chance and we can firm up the plan. I am looking forward to it.
Oh and I wanted to mention that I finally replaced the old thermos I had, the new one keeps things hot for hours so coffee will actually stay warm this time. I tested it on a shorter walk last weekend and it worked great. Let me know if you want me to bring anything else.

Please let me know what time they will be back at. I was going to see them next week but did not know the time. If they are there we can have the meeting at 3PM.
