Okay so about the team offsite next month, I looked at the bus schedule you sent and compared it with what the venue manager told me on the phone. The morning bus leaves from the north parking lot at seven thirty and the second one leaves at eight fifteen from the east entrance near the visitor center. Both buses drop off at the main lodge. Coming back in the evening there are three return times, one at five, one at six thirty and the last one at eight. The venue manager said the kitchen can handle vegetarian and gluten free requests if we submit the counts by the Friday before. Also the small meeting room near the garden has been reserved for our breakout session from one to three. I think we should arrive a bit early to set up the handouts and check the projector connection.
