HarborFreight has sent your Pittsburgh TooI Set

Yeah, I finally got around to organizing the garage last weekend. It took longer than I expected but it was worth it. I found some old boxes of things I had forgotten about. There were some holiday decorations from a few years back that we never used. I set up those metal shelves from the hardware store against the back wall and it made a huge difference in how much space we have now. I can actually park the car inside again. The next project is to go through the storage shed but I might wait until the weather cools down a bit. It gets really hot in there during the afternoon. I also need to figure out what to do with the old lawn equipment that doesn't run anymore. Maybe I can find someone who wants it for parts. It was nice to have a weekend without any major commitments for a change.

Also I wanted to ask if you still need help moving those boxes from your basement. I have a truck available next Saturday if that works for you. Let me know what time you want to start and I will be there.

I tried that new recipe you sent me last week. It turned out pretty well overall but I made a few changes based on what I had on hand. I substituted Greek yogurt for the sour cream and it worked fine. The seasoning blend was a bit too spicy for my taste so I would cut back on the cayenne next time. I served it with rice and a side of roasted vegetables. The whole meal took about an hour to prepare which was reasonable for a weekday dinner. I would definitely make it again but with the adjustments.

Also I wanted to mention that the farmers market downtown has started their weekend hours again. They have some really good produce right now and the prices are reasonable. I picked up some fresh herbs and tomatoes last Saturday that were excellent. If you are free next Saturday morning we could go together and grab coffee after. Let me know if that interests you.
