Your review of changing options for 2026 pIan

Yes, that time works well for me, and I can bring the notes from Tuesday.
If you want, send the updated list before lunch so I can sort the sections.
I would keep the schedule simple, maybe start with the overview and leave questions for the end.
Also, I checked with Nina, and she said the room near the hallway is quieter in the afternoon.
If anything changes, send a short reply and I will adjust the outline on my side.

I looked at your draft and I think the shorter agenda is better for Thursday.
Starting with the main points will help everyone settle in before the smaller details come up.
You asked whether I could talk with Martin about timing, and yes, I can do that after breakfast.
If you are revising the handout, keep the headings simple and leave room near the bottom for notes.
Also, I would bring the printed map since people always ask where the side entrance is.
