I was thinking about what you asked, and honestly the easiest answer is that I needed a slower start today.
I spent the morning cleaning off the desk, sorting old notes, and finally putting a few loose papers into one folder so I can actually find them later.
It sounds simple, but getting that done made the rest of the day feel lighter.
I also took a break in the middle just to step outside and stretch for a few minutes because I could tell I was getting distracted.
That helped more than I expected.
I am planning to keep tomorrow pretty steady too, maybe cooking something easy and catching up on the show everyone keeps mentioning.
If you send me your list again, I can look it over tonight and tell you which parts seem the clearest.
I do not mind helping, and it would actually be nice to focus on something with you for a bit.
