I looked over the notes this morning and I think the easy route is still the best one.
I can handle the last part tomorrow if that gives everyone a little breathing room.
The main thing is keeping the plan simple so nobody has to scramble at the last minute.
I already crossed off the tasks that were repeating and rewrote the list in a clearer order.
It feels a lot more manageable now, and I honestly wish I had done that sooner.
If you want, send me your version later and I will compare both and merge the strongest parts.
I am around most of the evening, so timing is flexible on my side.
Also, I remembered that small detail you mentioned before, and I agree it could make things smoother.
I do not think we need a long discussion about it unless something changes.
A short check-in should be enough, and then we can move ahead without dragging it out.
Let me know what works best for you, and I will match that pace.

At first I thought it would feel awkward, but after a few minutes everything started to click.
I think the reason it helped is that it removed a lot of unnecessary steps and let me focus on one thing at a time.
That alone made the afternoon feel much less chaotic.
I still need to adjust a couple of details, though nothing major is standing in the way now.
If you are free later this week, I would love to compare notes and see if you noticed the same pattern.
I might also bring the earlier draft because some parts of it are still useful in a different way.
Anyway, thanks for nudging me to revisit it instead of shelving it again.
I was clearly overthinking the whole thing, and the simpler path was sitting there in plain sight.
I am glad I gave it another shot.
