Hey Sam, did you review the office supply order?
I think we need more of the standard black pens.
The blue ones seem to run out faster for some reason.
Maybe people prefer them for signing things.
We should also check the printer paper stock.
The recycled kind is almost gone.
Do we reorder that or switch to the brighter white?
The brighter paper is a bit more per case.
Let me know what you decide.
Also, the coffee machine is acting up again.
It makes a grinding noise when brewing the dark roast.
Maybe we need to get it serviced.
Or we could just use the other one in the break room.
It's smaller but seems more reliable.
The plant in the corner needs watering.
Its leaves are looking a bit dry.
I'll take care of it this afternoon.
Did the Tuesday meeting get moved?
My calendar shows a different time now.
I'll send a note to confirm with everyone.
The projector in conference room B has a faint flicker.
It's not too bad but could be distracting.
We have a spare cable we could try first.
The weather looks clear for the rest of the week.
That's good for anyone commuting.
The parking lot lights were fixed quickly.
It's much better now in the evening.
Let's touch base tomorrow about the quarterly review.
I have some notes to share on the format.
We can keep it simple and straightforward.
Maybe just bullet points for the main topics.
That usually works well for the team.
